A helping hand in Union County

A route through Creston would not be complete without a stop at the Union County MATURA Action Corporation to deliver pork loins to their food pantry. According to Feeding America, millions of Americans and 12.6% of Iowans are struggling with hunger. This translates to over 389,250 Iowans, including 139,850 children, being forced to make tough decisions about providing food for their families or paying their rent or mortgage, paying for transportation, or paying for medical bills. Thanks to the Union County MATURA food pantry for being there for those families who need a helping hand!
