Future Ag Leaders Scholarship 2017-18 Recipient: Konner Roth

Congratulations to Konner Roth on your Iowa Select Farms Future Ag Leaders Scholarship! Konner is a 2017 graduate of the East Sac County School District in Wall Lake, Iowa, and is continuing his studies at the University of Northern Iowa.

Konner is the son of Dan and Tina Roth of Wall Lake. “I am undecided on a major right,” Konner says, “but am leaning towards Criminology. Deciding what I want to do for the rest of my life is a big decision so for right now I want to keep my options open. College is going to be the most important aspect of my life for the next four years so I want to try new things and hopefully find the career that I will want for the rest of my life.”

Konner calls Iowa Select Farms a good company and says his dad’s employment there has been a great fit for their family.

Dan is a finishing supervisor for Iowa Select Farms and has been with the company for 15 years.
