Haul Out Hunger 2022 Delivers to Carroll County

Next on our list is Carroll County!

New Opportunities – Carroll County has 22 volunteers who pick up donations and help distribute items from the food pantry, and they serve 32 people/week.

The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation along with Iowa Select Farms donated 1,296 servings of pork loin to this food pantry today to help some of the families in need in this community.

“Most families are not able to afford the higher prices of meat on fixed incomes. This donation allows our household to provide healthier meal options,” said volunteer RoAnn Kofron.

We know protein is a difficult item to purchase right now, and the pork loin is a perfect way to get the fill these families need!
