Henry's Heroes Headed to Pocahontas

"These are just great," exclaimed Pocahontas Sheriff's Clerk, Barb Hinners. "We are going to give these kits to our deputies to put in their squad cars. Of course, these are the types of things you hope you never need, but are very glad to have when you do."

The Pocahontas Co. Sheriff's Department received 15 Henry's Heroes Law Enforcement Comfort Kits from Iowa Select Farms and the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation. Filled will items like warm blankets, stuffed animals, pacifiers, toys, tissues, activity kits and lip balm, Comfort Kits are designed to provide relief to to children in difficult situations and provide law enforcement an additional tool in their diverse policing responsibilities.
