Project Food and Fellowship Joins Welcome Home Ceremony

This weekend, some extraordinary families were given Pork Care Packages and s’more kits. Approximately 75 Soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Company and Company B, 1-171st General Support Aviation Battalion, based in Davenport, were honored in a community welcome home ceremony on May 13.

The Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation was honored to provide our Pork Care Packages, and through our Project: Food and Fellowship Program, we funded gift cards to Texas Roadhouse so each family could enjoy a night out together.
